Disciplined Investment Criteria
CameronBlue has a patient and disciplined investment approach that reflects our experiences as an investor and board member of small businesses and larger public companies.
Our operating focus is on ROIC and developing market positions that provide greater profit margin as well as revenue growth.
Our return philosophy is based on the multiples of invested capital returned and not short-term IRR generated by a quick exit.
We value the opportunity to hold excellent businesses over longer periods of time. Our “buy-and-hold” philosophy will achieve greater returns for our shareholder partners and management teams.
Our specific target criteria are as follows:

We are long-term investors who believe small businesses should have prudent capitalizations that allow for growth, future acquisitions and economic uncertainty.
With our long-term investment horizon, CameronBlue can best support management decision-making, assist in company strategic and financial planning and achieve the shared goals of improving operating performance and building a successful and enduring business.
